Cancellation requests must be made by email to [email protected] and will only be considered as received after a confirmation by the hotel. Pets are not allowed. In case of disobedience you will not be allowed to check in and there will be no return.
For requests of credit card cancellation, regardless of the value, it´s charged an administrative fee of $ 100
Requests made 15 days prior of the date of check in, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded, discounted bank fees or the use of store credit of the value for use (within 3 months of the date of reservation).
